We deliver nationwide or if you are local you can pickup your order. When you place your order choose in-store pickup if you would like to pick it up. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. We use USPS or UPS to ship our orders out. Please contact us if your package is damaged due to the delivery of USPS or UPS. We will file a claim with the carrier. Please contact us within 1-3 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged or still in packaging. We will not accept used items or items that the seal has been broken due to hygienic purposes. Refunds will not be issued if there is nothing wrong with item or if you just don't like the scent. Please read all scent descriptions before purchasing.
